We created The Drive Lasso to solve several problems faced by nomadic creatives, and there were 3 nonnegotiables:

  1. We refused to carry excessively long cables that get tangled, snagged, or prematurely ejected.
  2. No more dangling hard drives that twist and bend the cables in their ports, get dropped, or left behind.
  3. As creatives we take our jobs everywhere, so relocation should be seamless. That is why our system needed to stay engaged when on the go.
